We provide a number of services, each one adjustable to fit your needs. Our free, in-depth design service comes with no strings attached. We also offer comprehensive project management. This means we handle every stage of your journey, from the design and survey process to sourcing materials, coordinating tradespeople and installing everything. We're more than happy to collaborate with professionals like architects, builders, or developers. Yes. Every project we undertake is designed to a budget that has been discussed openly with our clients. We are committed to helping you get as much as possible for your money and can cater to a wide range of budgets, from £4,000 and upwards. We always answer cost-related questions honestly and strive to tailor your options to your budget and your wishlist.

Our payment structure is broken down into stages and can vary slightly depending on the level of installation service required. We take a small deposit in order to secure your order. Following the site survey, we then ask for the manufacturing balance to be paid. We also require a delivery payment before we deliver your furniture and an installation balance on completion.

Yes. We can support you with as much or as little as you need through our trusted tradespeople. Our aim is to ensure your experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible. However, we do not build full extensions or conservatories.

First, we will either visit your site or meet at our showroom to discuss your project. When you're ready, we will hold a wishlist and layout design development session to devise an initial concept. After allowing you to mull over the plans, we will reconvene to finalise your design and confirm the specification. Once you've signed off on the design, we would ask you to place a small deposit in order to confirm your order and begin production. Next, we will carry out a pre-installation site survey to ensure our plans are sound. The installation process will depend on your individual requirements. However, we normally start by preparing your space, removing your old kitchen and making good the walls. We will then move on to first fix electrics and plumbing before fitting your cabinetry. After this, we'll measure up and fit your worktops, and the electrician and plumber will return for a second fix. Any other finishing touches, such as flooring and lighting, will be completed at this stage. Finally, we'll meet with you to confirm you are satisfied with our workmanship and sign off on your project.

Most installations take between 2-4 weeks. We normally allow around 1-week for preparatory works such as plastering and the first fix. Installing your kitchen will take 1-2 weeks. Solid worktops, such as quartz and granite, take 1-2 weeks to template, supply, and fit. Any other work will also be agreed upon in advance.

No. Our experienced team will agree everything with you in advance and can be trusted to carry out your installation to the highest standard regardless of whether you are home. However, we would ask you to be there at the end to sign off on our work.

We can make some changes to your design, but they will be chargeable. All our kitchens are crafted to order to your unique specification, therefore we cannot accept returns. We will always take as much time as needed to ensure you are completely happy with your design before your kitchen goes into production.

We will contact you by telephone and email to arrange appointments, send designs and quotes, and process payments. We will also carry out site visits as required.
