The Kitchens InStyle showroom is now open...

In these changing times, the entire team at Kitchens InStyle is here to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience in our superb showroom, and now government restrictions have been relaxed, we have now opened the showroom with appropriate distancing precautions in place.

There is a lot to consider when purchasing a new kitchen. Many of our customers need to come to the showroom to touch, feel and see our exclusive range of door colour, textures and styles. You simply can't beat trying out a product for yourself whilst receiving expert advice from one of our experienced team.

The Showroom

We are now fully open, but advise that you book an appointment before visiting. This is simply to ensure that there is no overcrowding and you are therefore safe and free to access the whole shop without restriction or worry. We can also relax and give you our undivided time and attention, ensuring that no detail is missed whilst establishing your new kitchen wish-list. Please note that you can also request an online design appointment here.

Appointment Times: You can phone or email a designer to book an appointment. We are open Monday through to Saturday and can be contacted by emailing [email protected] or by ringing 02381 040 013.

Arrival: Upon arrival, please use the doorbell at the showroom front entrance and we will let you in. A sanitising station including hand sanitiser, gloves and facemasks is located next to the entrance should you wish to use this equipment. Our designers will clean their hands before the appointment and will ask you to do likewise.

When Inside Our Showroom: You will be able to tour the whole showroom at your own free will. As you check out our seventeen full-size fantastic furniture displays and try some of our live appliances, our staff will stay a safe 2m distance away but will be on hand to answer any questions you might have. A Kitchens InStyle designer will be assigned to you in order to manage social distancing measures.

Your Design Appointment: When your designer makes a design presentation to you, they will be seated at least 2m from you. Your 2D plan & 3D colour CAD Images will be illustrated on a large TV screen for you to clearly view at a 3m plus distance.

Your designer will always maintain the recommended social distance. However, you will have full eye contact and your conversation with them will be intimate enough, to allow you to express and explore all your thoughts & feelings surrounding your design.

Cleaning at Kitchens InStyle: The showroom will be disinfected every day and this process will carry on indefinitely. All used samples, such as kitchen doors, worktops, kitchen & bedroom displays etc. will be cleaned immediately after contact.

Online Design Appointments

For those that would rather progress their project from the comfort of their own home, we are offering online appointments through online video call, email and telephone.

This fantastic service means we can start to design your project and provide you with an accurate quote without you having to leave your home.

Visiting Your Home

Our Installation & Home Measure Team: Our designers, surveyors and installers are all very considerate and are prepared for working in a COVID-19 safe way. We are currently operating under the social distancing policy of 2m. Our fitters will wear the appropriate PPE for the situation, wash/sanitise their hands regularly and the main surfaces will be wiped down at the end of each day.

Our staff and fitters will not work at your home if it becomes necessary for them to self-isolate. We will continue to monitor all staff.

What Do We Ask From You?

There are certain things that you can do to keep both yourself and Kitchens InStyle staff safe during this time. Please adhere to the 2m social distancing and handwashing advice whenever you are in contact with a Kitchens InStyle team member.

If you require more stringent protective measures such as a full-face clear visor, please make us aware before our appointment at the showroom or your home.

Please declare if you, any members of your household or anybody you have been knowingly in contact with in the last fourteen days, have shown any symptoms or are self-isolating due to COVID-19. If this is the case, then we will not be able to continue working; Unless you can be quarantined completely from the kitchen area for the duration of the installation work and/or can communicate remotely via Webinar.
